How To Prevent, Manage or Resolve Your Dispute

Step ONE:

Call The Mac to schedule an introduction to our services.

Step TWO:

Attend the Introduction to our services (via Phone or Internet) and provide the contact Information for All Parties to, then, allow The MAC to offer and schedule the Mediation, Arbitration, or Neutral Evaluation Session.

Step THREE:

Once all Parties on Board with The MAC, receive and review our Selection List of Mediators and Arbitrators.

NOTE: Parties may select a Mediator or Arbitrator that is not on The MAC’s Selection List. That Mediator/Arbitrator is requested to share his/her Resume with to The MAC upon finalization of selection.

Step FOUR:

Receive and Select The MAC’s recommendation for a Mediator or Arbitrator OPTIONAL (Mediator/Arbitrator/Neutral Fees are to be 50% of Standard Fees.)

Step FIVE:

Remit Fees to The MAC ($300/Party per day,* (includes The MAC Prep Meeting.)

Step SIX:

Attend The MAC’s Requested Prep Meeting (via phone or Internet.)

Step SEVEN:

Remit Fee to The MAC’s for the Selected Mediator/Arbitrator/Neutral.

Step EIGHT:

Attend the Dispute Prevention/Management/Resolution Meeting at The MAC and Enjoy YOUR success towards Resolution.

*$300.00 per Party for the FULL DAY the use of 3 private rooms, a kitchen, a lounge, and a restroom.

Daily Charge includes healthy snacks, drinks, and a catered lunch. Half day rates are available.

 Who Are The MAC’s Mediators, Arbitrators, and Neutrals And What Are Their Qualifications?

The MAC’s List of qualified Dispute Resolution professionals is a work in progress. The MAC prefers experienced professionals with at least 10 years of Mediation, Arbitration and Neutral Evaluation. That experience should be augmented by yearly continuing education in the field of AAA, Meditate, The United States Federal Courts, The State Courts, and The University of Washington School of Law.
